She offers ongoing assistance in the areas of regulatory compliance, insurance, licensing, employment agreements, leases, vendor/customer/service provider agreements and disputes, warranties, advertising, marketing, and e-commerce. Mrs. Wallis represents a varied client base including: software companies; property developers; mortgage brokers and title companies; on-line and traditional marketing, distribution and sales companies; general contractors; and others.

Mrs. Wallis is a licensed Title Agent and provides real property title agent, closing and escrow services for her individual and business clients.  Individuals, investors, and developers can rely on her expertise in negotiating and preparing Real Property contracts for sale and purchase and enforcing their terms.  Mrs. Wallis reviews title abstracts / reports and assists in clearing clouds on title that can delay or prevent a property's sale or purchase.

Mrs. Wallis' business background includes Director of Marketing for and Consultant to, financial services, internet publishing, software, consumer product, and consumer services companies.  As such she negotiated and managed joint ventures, licensing, advertising and marketing agreements, web hosting arrangements, media purchase and sales agreements, and PR services agreements. Earlier in her carrier she was an associate at an entertainment law firm in New York City and owned and operated an advertising / public relations firm.

Mrs. Wallis received her Bachelors of Business Administration in International Marketing and Finance from the University of Miami, and her Juris Doctor from New York Law School where she was Vice President of the Media Law Project. She is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, the State of New York, and the State of New Jersey.
