Attorney Profiles

Before they became attorney’s both Peter and Joan ran their own small businesses and had very varied work experience. Immediately prior to starting the firm Peter was an associate general counsel to a public company with European interests while Joan worked in the promotions, advertising and marketing field for entertainment and internet based entities.

Since 2001, when we began the firm, it has been our philosophy to represent our clients’ interests zealously and ethically while providing practical solutions tailored to individual client needs.

We endeavor daily not only to be good and conscientious attorneys but also moral persons who treat those we encounter through our practice with civility and respect, whether they be our clients, opposing counsel, or other parties. We believe the practice of law can and should be undertaken with honesty, respect and dignity.
