Wallis & Wallis P.A. is owned and operated by the husband and wife team of attorneys Peter E.S. Wallis and Joan Martino Wallis. The firm was opened in 2001.

Our Client Communication Policy
If we are in the office and available to take your call or respond to your e-mail when we receive it; we do. If we are not available to talk with you when you call or return your e-mail when received, we return your call the same day if it is received prior to three o’clock; if received after three o’clock we’ll get back to you the next business day. Should we be unable to respond in a timely manner someone from our office will contact you to inform you of our unavailability; let you know why we are unavailable; and schedule a return call or communication with you.
Should we be out of the office, our paralegal or office assistant will let you know that we are unavailable; how long we will be unavailable; and assist you in scheduling contact with us and or notifying us of any urgent matters requiring our attention.
We accept cash, checks and credit cards (Visa/MC, Amex and Discover).
Most of our ongoing business and litigation clients maintain a trust retainer account with the firm – meaning they keep a minimum amount of funds in their retainer account, we reconcile fees and costs due monthly and send out a statement showing all fees and costs incurred on the client’s behalf and paid to the firm from their retainer and the amount required to replenish the retainer account.
For a single matters involving a fixed fee such as an incorporation we require payment in advance.
For Real Property Title/Closing services where no additional legal services are provided we abide by all Federal and Florida laws, rules and regulations including Florida Title Agent Regulations and are paid at settlement of the sale/purchase. S
